This session involves a look at the rapid adoption of Agile Methodology in a Large Enterprise from a Project Accountant’s point of view. It includes the do’s and don’ts and what has been left out. It uses a case study from one of the largest attempts at agile delivery transformations in the finance and insurance industry, to illustrate the importance of considering project accounting and financial management implications throughout such a transformation.
